COMPANY HISTORY

In 1989 P&MM Ltd was established as a division of the Page & Moy travel group, originally trading as Page & Moy Marketing.

1992: P&MM Ltd was purchased from the Page & Moy group by the then management.

1995: Brevis Marketing Services, a sales promotion company was purchased to enhance the service range.

1998: Both the P&MM & Brevis businesses were the subject of a management buy-out.

March 2002: The current executive directors took over the management of the business and established a new growth strategy. This resulted in a secondary management buy-out in 2003.

July 2004: P&MM Group Limited acquired another sales promotion business, Fotorama from EuroRSCG.

August 2004: P&MM Group plc was admitted to trading on AIM.

February 2005: P&MM Group plc acquired a leading performance improvement and motivation company Archer Young Limited, which operates as a separate subsidiary under its own brand.

January 2006: P&MM Group plc purchased Summersault Communications Limited, a publishing company specialising in newsletters and magazines for employees, business to business and customers.

February 2006: P&MM Group Plc purchased The Voucher Shop, a reward business that fulfils vouchers for employee flexible benefits and incentive programmes for blue chip organisations.

March 2006: P&MM Group plc changed its name to Motivcom plc, with the new name reflecting the motivation and marketing communications sector in which the Group operates.

The two main reasons for the creation of the Motivcom brand were, first, to avoid confusion, as the Group has a number of different brands so there was a need to separate the trading companies from the group identity. Second, as the business expands into markets where the original P&MM name is not established, a brand was required that reflected the depth and diversity of all the business services offered. The businesses within the group (P&MM Ltd, P&MM Travel Ltd, AYMTM, Fotorama, The Voucher Shop, Summersault Communications Limited, Zibrant and Protravel) continue to trade under their own names, but as part of the Motivcom plc group of companies.

August 2007: Motivcom Plc purchased Motivation Travel Management Limited (“MTM”). MTM is an agency which specialises in the provision of incentive travel and conference facilities. MTM is merged with Archer Young and re-branded to create AYMTM Limited.

November 2007: Motivcom acquired Zibrant, the event, venue and incentive group whose trading names include IBR, Illico, McGarvey Russell, MRM and Rand. Zibrant, which specialises in venue finding, event management, event production, incentive and performance improvement and video remains as an independent company within the Motivcom group.

November 2007: Motivcom purchased Protravel Limited and Protravel TB Limited. Protravel and TB specialise in providing travel and entertainment related promotions solutions to leading sales promotion agencies and FMCG brands. Their products and services include travel promotions, group travel and incentives, sports and hospitality packages, prizes for competitions and prize winner management.

April 2011: Motivcom acquired Allsave Limited and My Family Care Vouchers Limited, companies related to each other, which specialise in providing tax efficient childcare vouchers to UK companies.

September 2011: Zibrant aquired the business and assets of Goldserve. Goldserve operates more than 2,000 global lead and enquiry websites, generating in excess of 10,000 new event enquiries per year which provides Zibrant with an important new business aquisition channel.
